Ariston USA Introduces Nuos™ Side-Connect and Nuos™ Multi-Fit Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heaters

New Products Improve Efficiency in Range of Usage Patterns

Ariston USA introduces the Nuos™ Side-Connect and Nuos™ Multi-Fit Hybrid Heat Pump water heaters, offering premium efficiency, performance and comfort across a wide array of usage patterns.

Units are available in 40-, 50-, 65- and 80-gallon models. They offer up to 80 percent energy savings vs. traditional water heaters, with a UEF (Uniform Energy Factor) of up to 4.10 and an FHR (First Hour Rating) of up to 88-gallons. They also include a 10-year limited warranty on the tank and parts.

The Nuos™ range is equipped with five unique operating modes to suit all water heating demands and include i-Memory, a proprietary algorithm that will learn the homeowner’s hot water usage patterns over the previous four weeks and provide hot water exactly when they need it, ensuring ultimate comfort and energy savings.

Integrated Wi-Fi and the Ariston Net app connect to a local network to remotely monitor and control the water heater. A boost function allows for shorter recovery time using both the heat pump ground and the heating elements simultaneously.

Built-in leak detection: With app notifications and optional shut-off valve at the inlet to provide peace of mind.
User-friendly HMI Interface with an LCD display: A screen that allows for easy viewing of current operational status, parameter changing and diagnostics.
Dual anode performance: A powered anode maintains itself and allows longer tank life, even after the traditional anode is depleted.
Full flow brass drain valve: Allows easy and quick drainage.
Temperature and pressure relief valve: Factory provided and installed.
Demand Response and ToU Ready: EcoPort Demand Response certified (CTA 2045/OpenADR), NEEA and JA13 (ToU) certified.
Quiet operation: Sound rating as low as 45 dBA.
