For today’s commercial washrooms, touchless restroom technology is no longer just a nice-to-have – it’s a must. According to recent research, 80% of Americans say touchless fixtures are important, and 75% say they prove their overall restroom experience.

For mechanical contractors tasked with meeting these rising expectations, Bradley’s all-in-one touchless WashBar® offers the perfect solution – combining advanced technology with fast, straightforward installation. It also checks all the boxes for efficient soap refills, keeping water off floors and extended dryer motor life.

An Innovative Approach to Touch-free Handwashing

The WashBar combines soap, water, and dryer in a single cast metal unit, available in multiple corrosion-resistant finishes. Icons help users navigate the functions, and LED lights indicate activation by changing from blue to green. The clean, rinse, and dry functions operate independently without triggering adjacent functions.

With sleek design, reliable multifunction operation and yhe WashBar provides a seamless touch-free handwashing experience. The WashBar’s streamlined U-shaped design isn’t just stylish — it’s functional and ergonomic. It’s also a registered trademark of Bradley, emphasizing their leadership in modern washroom design.

Simplified Installation

For contractors, the biggest advantage is what the WashBar removes from the install list: separate soap dispensers, faucets, and hand dryers. With one fixture handling it all, labor is significantly reduced, meaning fewer wall and deck penetrations, less coordination between trades, and simpler electrical and plumbing connections.

With pre-assembled components on-site labor is minimized. The deck-mounted fixture is compatible with Bradley’s extensive selection of lavatory systems made of Terreon® Solid Surface or Evero® Natural Quartz. Both materials are resilient and sustainable natural composite materials that are nonporous, seamless and easy to clean.

The WashBar is designed to make installs easier and faster, without sacrificing performance or code compliance.

Top Fill Multi-feed Soap System

Maintenance is also minimized. The WashBar’s innovative top fill soap design features a large capacity 1.3-gallon (5.0 L) tank that can supply up to three WashBars – a huge time saver for facilities with multiple stations.

Staff can easily refill soap to multiple units through a single top fill hub. Smart sense system with LED indicator lets staff know when soap and battery levels are low and provides audible and visual indicators to prevent overfilling.

Hand Dryer Keeps Floors Cleaner and Drier

The WashBar’s dryer is engineered to balance air flow and noise, providing a better user experience. While its heated air stream dries hands quickly and efficiently, the dryer and bowl have been designed to work together to eliminate the spraying of water that could drip onto the user, walls or floor, minimizing slips and falls, and increasing safety.

Brushless Motor for Longer Life

For added durability, Bradley’s latest WashBar models include a new brushless hand dryer motor with 10 times the lifespan of standard brushed motors. It’s backed by an upgraded 3-year warranty.
