Employer-Directed Skills Act

Associations like ACCA and PHCC are encouraged by the Employer-Directed Skills Act, bipartisan legislation introduced in the U.S. Senate on February 11 by Senator Ted Budd (R-NC) and in the House by Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY) that would reimburse employers for up to 50% of workforce training costs. Did you know that Milwaukee Tool has been named a finalist for the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Grand Award in the Mega Category (1,000+ employees)? Great news for workforce development all around.
