Can you believe that in 2016 there are still over a half million homes in the U.S. that still do not have proper plumbing in their homes? This is still an unfortunate reality for many people who can’t afford the high expenses for proper plumbing and septic systems.
This is especially the case for some residents in Alabama based on an article and study but the New York Times. We often take this for granted in the industry because most of us have never lived without full plumbing services and are unaware of those still in need.
Perhaps there is more that we all can do when confronted with these situations and have the ability to help. For more information about this topic, check out this article in the New York Times.
