The New Flat Rate, the No. 1 price generating software for home service contractors, announced three key new hires to their expanding leadership team. The additions add valuable skills, expertise and capacity to maintain The New Flat Rate’s dedication to supporting home service business owners around the country.
Erika Mosteller, Cynthia Wilson and Madeline Hughes join The New Flat Rate’s leadership team in various roles, thus positioning the company for continued success.

Mosteller joins The New Flat Rate as the director of partnerships and events. Earning a bachelor’s degree from Furman University and a master’s from The University of Georgia, she will be directing tradeshows and events while overseeing vendor partnership strategy for the company.
Specializing in fundraising, membership development and project management, Wilson was announced as the new director of operations for The New Flat Rate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and a master’s in public administration, both from Valdosta State University. She has prior experience working with membership-based nonprofits in addition to social services.
Hughes joins The New Flat Rate team as the sales manager, where she will be leading the sales department in providing face-to-face meetings with potential new members. In her position, she will be providing resources to potential members to help them develop a strategy for success, as well as answering any questions they may have about The New Flat Rate’s menu pricing system and training. She has a bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia College & State University.

Bunsey brings comprehensive propane industry experience, commercial market knowledge to PERC
The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) announces Jim Bunsey as its director of commercial business development.
In his new role, Bunsey will be responsible for PERC’s commercial and power generation portfolios and will be the liaison to energy service companies (ESCOs), construction specifiers, and the commercial trades. He will also focus on commercial opportunities that require larger fuel storage tanks and delivery by larger transport trucks.
“Jim is a great addition to the PERC team and brings extensive knowledge to this position thanks to his experience in the propane industry,” said PERC president and CEO Tucker Perkins. “We look forward to all of the success Jim will bring to the commercial market program.”
Bunsey was director of operations at Superior Energy Systems, where he oversaw all propane and natural gas liquid product design and development as well as in-field installations, including fuel terminals and over 600 propane autogas infrastructure installations. Before joining Superior, he owned Triad Mechanical, a company that designed and installed commercial and industrial HVAC and fire protection systems.
Bunsey is a member of the National Propane Gas Association’s Technology, Standards and Safety Committee and the National Fire Protection Association’s Technical Committee on Liquefied Petroleum Gases, also known as the NFPA 58 committee. He will work from his home office in Oberlin, Ohio.

Prior to joining Bradley in 2020 as product compliance analyst, Rathell worked in various leadership roles at General Electric.

Milwaukee Valve has announced the retirement of President and CEO Rick Giannini, effective January 20, 2023. John Labellarte, the company’s current COO, will succeed Giannini in leading the commercial, industrial and marine valve manufacturer.
Giannini joined Milwaukee Valve in 1998 and successfully guided the business through challenging market conditions. His leadership transformed Milwaukee Valve into a service leader and global manufacturer. He guided the transformation of the sales organization, reinvested in manufacturing processes and equipment, and assembled the company’s overseas manufacturing operations. Giannini greatly expanded the development and growth of Milwaukee Valve’s product offering and presence in the Navy Marine market.
Giannini also developed and maintained the management team which will continue to lead the company. He dedicated time and energy to industry-leading organizations, serving as Chairman of the Aircraft Carrier Industrial Base Coalition (ACIBC) since its inception in 2004. He also sat on The American Supply Association’s (ASA) Industrial Piping Division Steering Committee and served on ASA’s Board of Directors.
New president and COO John Labellarte started with Milwaukee Valve in 1999 as General Manager. He was promoted to Vice President and COO in 2006. During his tenure, Labellarte has been instrumental in driving the company’s global manufacturing initiatives, strategic planning, product development and operational performance.
