Fischer began his career with a Commercial/Industrial Rep Agency before transitioning to work with plumbing and heating manufacturers.  In recent years, Fischer has worked closely with manufacturers covering all parts of Canada in the commercial plumbing and heating industry.  He is actively involved with the Toronto Chapter of ASPE, serving as VP of Membership.  A self-proclaimed sports fanatic, Fischer enjoys not only watching but playing, too, basketball and ice hockey.

Caleffi North America has hired Tina Gullickson into the role of Chief Operating Officer.  Mark Olson, who recently announced plans to step aside from leading the company as CEO, will begin transitioning responsibilities to Gullickson over the coming months. Says Olson, “Tina brings a diversity of leadership experience and business success on which to build on. She tackles challenges head-on and inherits a fun, seasoned and motivated Caleffi team to continue driving us forward.”

Gullickson brings 20 years of experience in the plumbing and hydronic industries. Her career began in sales but quickly emerged into developing business strategies and assuming leadership positions within Weil-McLain during her 16 year tenure, cultivating the Weil-McLain, Marley Engineered Products and Williamson-Thermoflo brands.  Then Gullickson worked at Broan-NuTone holding several leadership positions, most recently leading their OEM division as general manager for their North American business unit.  She holds an MBA in marketing from Concordia University.

Caleffi North America is pleased to announce Kayla Redding as the new Regional Sales Manager for the Western United States.  Redding brings a combination of distinguished academic credentials and over seventeen years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industries. 

Redding shares one of Caleffi’s most prominent values, demonstrating a deep commitment to Excellence in Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Ashford University. Beyond her impressive professional background, Redding has completed the challenging IRONMAN competition not once but twice, underlining her dedication and perseverance.

“I am excited to join a world class, family-owned company that values quality, innovation, market support and education,” said Redding.  She reports to Roger Corrente, Vice President of Sales.

An industry leader in innovative plumbing and hydronic technology and products, Caleffi North America, Inc. announces the hire of two employees in the support of the company’s exponential growth.  Jacob Hicks, Product Manager, will drive market research and new product introductions.  Pat Cholka, Quality Manager, will focus on ensuring superior caliber products that our customers have come to depend upon.

Graduating summa cum laude from Northern Illinois University at Dekalb in 2017, Hicks has been driven to excel.  His natural technical abilities coupled with a thirst for knowledge have fueled his passion for product management.  He is a solution-finder with a keen eye on solving customer quandaries.  States Hicks, “Caleffi has a rich history in developing and releasing industry impacting products, a commitment to educational excellence and the encouragement of employee success.  It was a simple choice to join the growing company, a decision that I couldn’t be happier with.”  Hicks reports to Kevin Freidt, Director of Product Management and Technical Services.

For 25 years Cholka has invested and refined his skill in the management of quality systems and procedures for the production of superior product performance, supplier conformance and ISO 9001 compliance.  Cholka has a deep appreciation for industry relationships, reflecting an important symmetry with Caleffi.  “Quality reaches further than product conformity.  It also focuses on supply chain relationships.  Without the cultivation of relationship, you cannot be successful,” stated Cholka.  He reports to Mike Schreiner, Chief Technology Officer.

Caleffi North America proudly announces our new regional sales manager, Joe Robbins.  Robbins will focus on the southeast United States sales region and is based in Estero, Fla.  He has worked in the construction, distribution and manufacturing industries for over 25 years.

“Manufacturing is all about customer relationships,” said Robbins.  “In my role as Eastern Regional Sales Manager at AB&I, my focus was building and developing relationships in commercial projects across the east coast.  I’m honored to continue on in this market with Caleffi because I know they are a world-class company.”

Before joining Caleffi, Robbins worked as Vice President and General Manager at the Halins Construction Group.  He specialized in historical renovations utilizing LEED building standards.  His 20 years of experience in the distribution sector brings valuable supply chain knowledge to the Caleffi sales team.
