Now a preferred partner, the leading provider of alternative equity solutions will introduce its innovative employee incentives to CEO Warrior’s vast network of skilled trades businesses

Reins, a pioneering technology firm dedicated to empowering privately owned businesses through alternative equity solutions, announces a new agreement with CEO Warrior, a nationally recognized business development, training and implementation organization for the home service business industry.

With the new agreement in place, Reins will be a preferred partner for businesses that leverage CEO Warrior’s expansive network of resources—positioning them to be the top provider of employee incentive programs for skilled trade companies across the country.

“CEO Warrior teaches home service business owners how to achieve scalable growth—and a big part of that is incentivizing the retention of key employees and top talent,” said Chris Buttenham, co-founder of Reins. “Reins’ alternative equity solutions are well-suited to this task, and we’re pleased to work with CEO Warrior to expand adoption of those solutions throughout the skilled trades.”

With innovative solutions like the Modern Agreement for Rewards and Equity (MARE) program, Reins provides small business owners with unique options to incentive employee longevity and performance, providing a sense of “skin in the game” through long term phantom stock offerings. Phantom stock allows business owners to provide their employees with the benefits of ownership without the headaches of traditional equity ownership.

“Our agreement with Reins confirms our commitment to helping home service companies grow through cutting-edge solutions,” said Caroline Moriarty, Director of Business Development at CEO Warrior. “We encourage our clients to consider all the options for keeping their best employees on board, including these forward-thinking approaches to equity.”

The conference, an industry-leading convention for HVAC professionals, will be held Feb. 10-12 at the Orange County Convention Center.

Papavero will present “Changing Your Mindset: Don’t Get Left Behind in the Race to Adopt New Technology” in room W312C in the convention center’s west building. Attendees will learn how to overcome their reluctance in adopting new technology so they can improve their customer relationships while still managing labor costs and boosting efficiency.

“Sandy’s not only one of the skilled trades industry’s most knowledgeable business educators, she is also a licensed mindset coach,” said Scott August, CEO of CEO Warrior. “Her training in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and insights into the home service industry make her a leading expert in motivating business owners to make changes. If you are a contractor who is reluctant to adopt the industry’s latest technologies, Sandy’s presentation will provide you with the steps you can take to accept and adopt these advances so you can run your business more effectively.”

The AHR Expo debuted in 1930 as the premier training and networking event for members of the air conditioning, heating and cooling industry. The conference provides HVAC professionals an opportunity to review new products and technologies, learn from industry experts and network with other professionals in their field.

In addition to this speaking engagement, Papavero joins fellow CEO Warrior Jason Noel at the WWETT Show in Indianapolis Feb. 17-20 to discuss creating a revenue mindset. CEO Warrior will also host its Service Business Live event on March 6-7 in Nashville, Tennessee. The business development, training and mentoring group believes in encouraging women to enter the trades and sees its sponsorship of the nonprofit as a way to empower women

CEO Warrior, a nationally recognized business development, training and implementation organization for the service business industry, announced today that it has become a gold sponsor of Women in HVACR, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration trades.

CEO Warrior believes in encouraging women to enter the trades and sees its sponsorship of Women in HVACR as a way to empower women in the home service sector.

CEO Warrior’s gold sponsorship is in the consultant and services category.

“Women in HVACR’s mission of encouraging women to enter the trades is something we at CEO Warrior wholeheartedly support,” CEO Warrior CEO Scott Bohannon said. “It not only empowers women, it helps address one of the biggest hurdles the service industry faces – the labor shortage. We’re very proud of this relationship.”

Sponsorships to Women in HVACR are used to enhance women’s roles in the trades industry by providing education, mentoring and networking opportunities for women who are currently working in the industry and to women who are interested in joining the trades.

“We are thrilled to welcome our new partnership with CEO Warrior, a company that recognizes the invaluable contributions of women in the HVACR industry,” said Women in HVACR Board of Directors Vice President Kristin Gallup, who also serves as the director of product management marketing for Carrier Enterprise. “This collaboration is a testament to the growing importance of supporting and empowering women in the home service sector. As we continue to break barriers and shatter stereotypes, this sponsorship not only enhances our program but also sends a powerful message about the strength and resilience of women. Together, we are creating a more inclusive and diverse future for the HVACR industry, where every woman can thrive and excel.”

CEO Warrior is the highest-level business training and implementation organization in the trades industry. It hires mentors who have thrived in the trades industry to provide training and consultation services to leaders in the trades who want to grow and scale their companies.

“Women in HVACR have commendable diversity and inclusivity initiatives that I am eager to endorse,” said CEO Warrior Director of Business Development Caroline Moriarty. “This collaboration provides CEO Warrior with the opportunity to actively contribute to and create more opportunities for women in the HVACR industry.”

Women in HVACR was formed in 2002 during the AHR Expo after founders Ruth King and Gwen Hoskins began discussing ways to increase female participation in the trades industry while attending the event, held annually in Chicago.

Women in HVACR is an organization that fosters networking, education and mentoring for women in the industry. The group encourages women already in the industry and fosters growth for more females to become involved. The organization has scholarship and mentor programs aimed at helping women establish themselves in the trades.
