Effective immediately, Mr. Lloyd Leblanc takes the reins at the Phoenix office of Aquabrass International. The new Sales and Marketing Director brings with him two decades of management and business development experience, including many years in the plumbing industry.

 

Through most of his career, Leblanc has worked with specialized retailers in the U.S. In 2000, he joined Julien Inc., a leader in commercial kitchen equipment, where he headed the residential division for 10 of his 12-year tenure. Since 2012, Leblanc has worked with clients as a consultant, developing sales strategies for American and European markets.

“Lloyd is an ideal fit with Aquabrass,” said Tony Massechia, Aquabrass CEO. “With his knowledge of the American market and his success in developing new product lines, we look forward to the continuing growth of the Aquabrass and Alt lines in the U.S. under his leadership.”

James R. (Rick) McCann joined WinWholesale as vice president, supply chain and logistics, Sourcing Services. Matt Newcomer joined WinWholesale as director of talent acquisition and succession planning, effective Thursday, Jan. 29.

American Standard Brands announced today the appointment of Michael Marchi to the newly created role of chief operating officer, effective March 2, 2015.

Marchi will be directly responsible for all American Standard Brands customer markets in the U.S., Canada and Latin America, including retail and wholesale. He will also support supply chain and manufacturing operations for the plumbing products manufacturer.American Standard Brands announced the appointment of Michael Marchi as chief operating officer. He brings over 30 years of experience in the building products industry to this new role.

Marchi brings more than 30 years of experience to this new position, with the majority in the building products industry. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Amerock Hardware. Prior to that, Marchi worked as president and CEO of Grohe Americas, where he was instrumental in driving growth and establishing strategic direction. Earlier, he served as president of Kohler Kitchen and Bath Americas, leading the largest division in that company’s portfolio. Marchi also held senior executive roles at Ann Sacks Tile and Stone, Citibank, and General Electric over the course of his professional career.
