A. O. Smith’s new training blitz will prepare contractors to work on new tankless and heat pump water heating technology

A. O. Smith, a leader in water heating and treatment, announces the introduction of the brand-new Learn and Earn training series. The set of courses rewards participants for learning the latest A. O. Smith technologies—the Voltex® AL Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) and the Adapt™ Tankless Water Heater.

Live trainings for the Voltex AL HPWH are offered every other Thursday at 2 p.m. CT through August 22, 2024. All participants who attend a Voltex AL HPWH training and complete the online certification will be entered to win a 65 QT Wyld Gear cooler, and the first 350 people will receive a free solar power bank.

Meanwhile, live trainings on the Adapt tankless water heater are offered every other Tuesday at 2 p.m. CT through August 20, 2024. A. O. Smith, a leader in water heating and water treatment products, announces its second quarter promotion for wholesale channel partners and their customers. Each quarter this year, the brand is partnering with wholesalers across the country to offer incentives for contractors who purchase select products.

“We received an overwhelmingly positive response from contractors on the Q1 promotion, and we are looking forward to rewarding our loyal customers again this spring,” said Jeff Storie, A. O. Smith marketing director.

The second quarter promotion kicks off May 15th and runs through June 30th. During this time, contractors who purchase an A. O. Smith ProLine® or ProLine® Master tank water heater at a participating wholesale counter location will receive a credit toward tools. Contractors will receive one credit for every unit purchased while supplies last.*

Smith Senior Technical Trainer, Jerry Winslett, the show will highlight news from A. O. Smith, offer service tips, discuss industry topics, answer common product questions and more.

“This show will help us connect with our customers in a new way,” said Winslett. “By providing additional opportunities to expand their knowledge of A. O. Smith products and important industry topics, we’re hoping the show will help them make more informed decisions out in the field.”

In Our Element will premiere on Monday, Feb. 28 at 1 p.m. CST, and will be hosted live on the
