The Bosch CORE18V Battery offers optimized cell technology and an improved power connector within the 10 high-density cells that ensure lower internal resistance. That means higher currents can be drawn from the cells over a longer period of time.

Greater Performance, More Runtime

Bosch has answered the need for stronger and longer-lasting battery performance in high-load applications, where cordless tools have previously been unable to provide enough power and runtime. The Bosch CORE18V Battery delivers up to 20 percent longer runtime than previous-generation Bosch 6.0 Ah batteries and up to 50 percent longer than 5.0 Ah cells in extreme applications.² Thanks to its next-generation cell technology and power efficiency, the CORE18V battery can generate more current to finish jobs that other batteries can’t. In addition, it’s the most compact and lightweight high-power battery available.³

The battery housing of Bosch CORE18V is designed to transfer more heat to the outer surface, resulting in up to 35 percent better cooling effect than previous CoolPack batteries. The CoolPack 2.0 system employs advanced design to keep the battery cooler for better runtime and longer life; updated CoolPack technology provides up to 135 percent longer battery life than batteries that don’t have CoolPack technology.

In addition, this technology combined with reduced resistance and higher efficiency means that the battery is less likely to overheat during high-load applications.

Bosch CORE18V batteries provide 100 percent compatibility with all 18-volt Bosch Lithium-ion tools and chargers. Bosch is developing high-power tools to take full advantage of CORE battery technology.

Milwaukee Tool continues to expand their Storage Solutions with the introduction of the 18” Jobsite Rolling Bag and 24” HARDTOP™ Rolling Bag. The new Rolling Bags are designed from the ground-up to address the needs of professionals who need the most durable mobile solution to transport tools, accessories, and other materials to and from the jobsite.

Constructed with 1680D Ballistic Material, everything about the new Rolling Bags has been specifically designed to withstand the jobsite environment. 6” metal-rimmed, all-terrain wheels allow the Rolling Bags to easily roll over a variety of rough surfaces, and a metal through-axle secures the wheel providing a stronger connection and longer life in jobsite conditions. All-metal skid plates provide additional protection for the wheels and axle from impacts or when climbing stairs

One of the most common frustrations users have with other rolling bags available today is the weakness of the handles. To address this concern, Milwaukee® designed its own industrial-grade extension handle for the Rolling Bags, which is designed to survive in tough jobsite environments. The wider handle also produces a more comfortable grip during transportation.

Exclusive to the 24” HARDTOP™ Rolling Bag is a HARDTOP™ lid built for stacking. The HARDTOP™ is designed to withstand up to 250 lbs, making this the ideal solution for users who also like to use the Bag as a dolly. The 18” Jobsite Rolling Bag is designed to carry up to 200 lbs and is optimized to fit in a job box.

In addition to their extreme durability, the new Rolling Bags have also been optimized to provide maximum storage capability and versatility. Each comes equipped with a large assortment of pockets to meet an array of tool and accessory storage needs – the 18” Jobsite Rolling Bag with 66 pockets and the 24” HARDTOP™ Rolling Bag with 53. The main compartment provides a place to store larger tools, while a fold-down front portion of the bag reveals additional tool & equipment storage pockets. A dedicated puncture-resistant pocket provides a convenient storage area for sharp tools, such as jab saws, so they won’t cut up the interior of the bag.

Because of our focus on advanced next generation manufacturing technology, we’re now able to deliver a 25’ long tape in a 16’ housing! This allows for much better ergonomics while minimizing weight on tool belts. In addition, we’re able to accomplish this reduction in size without sacrificing any durability and continuing our “Nothing But Heavy Duty” promise.

These new tapes are the next generation and rolling change to our General Contractor Tape Measure lineup. The new Compact Tape Measures build off the success of this tape measure line and set the bar even higher by enhancing key features and reducing the overall size for a better fit in the user’s hand.

Just like all Milwaukee tapes, these new tape measures continue to deliver the longest life in the industry because of proprietary Nylon Bond Blade Protection, and a 5-point reinforced frame for drop protection.
