Intellihot, a leading innovator in smart water heating systems, hired Dave Martin as its new chief operating officer (COO). With his exemplary track record of successfully leading large companies, Martin is poised to take Intellihot to the next level of growth and innovation.
As COO, Martin will oversee Intellihot’s sales and marketing teams, as well as day-to-day operations, with a key focus on optimizing the company’s operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, he will play a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and contractors, to further propel Intellihot’s growth trajectory.

Martin comes to Intellihot with decades of experience in HVAC and operations management. His previous roles include leadership positions at Coca Cola, Rheem and HTP Comfort Solutions. His keen strategic vision and ability to drive operational efficiencies have resulted in outstanding outcomes for the companies he has served.

XOi, a leading provider of technician-focused technology solutions, has promoted Selena Judd and Amanda Harp to critical leadership roles as the company continues to invest in the digital transformation of the skilled trades.
Judd has been named director of sales and marketing operations for the company. Harp has been named director of partnerships.

Judd joined XOi in 2018. In her new role, she helps lead the company’s sales and marketing teams, supports data analysis related to sales and revenue, and oversees the development and management of sales and onboarding resources. Judd works closely with XOi’s customer success, partner marketing and content teams to develop and implement effective strategies for operations.

Harp has been at XOi since 2018. “Our Education Committee,” stated David M. Fink, PPI president, “is counted on by the various industries we serve to provide viable, validated instruction on all aspects of plastic pipe. This includes courses and curriculum in each of our five divisions plus the Hydrostatic Stress Board. In his new role, Jason will assist in delivering courses at conferences with other organizations and use delivery platforms such as Red Vector and PPI’s own eLearn™ educational channel. His input on the new courses PPI will develop will be highly beneficial and valuable.”
McKinnon has more than twenty years of engineering and training experience developing new curriculum and training modules. He holds a Bachelor of Science – Mechanical Engineering Technology plus Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Massachusetts. He has been a participating member of PPI for more than 10 years, mainly with the association’s Building & Construction Division, and was a founding member of the PPI Education Committee in 2013.
