Chicago Faucets reveals a selection of heavy-duty commercial stop valves that are designed to offer a high-quality, commercial-grade, and economically priced option for commercial buildings.

Plumbing professionals and building owners looking for a heavy-duty commercial stop valve will be surprised at the affordability of STB and STC Series stops from Chicago Faucets. These stops give customers in commercial settings a robust, economical alternative to the inexpensive, builder-grade stops typically found in residential applications.

The new STB and STC Series are made from forged brass and metal parts to retain product integrity for a lifetime of reliable operation. Metal valve stems operate smoothly and feature lock shield caps with loose key handles to prevent valve tampering. The loose keys are included with every valve.

These new heavy-duty commercial stops are available with two different valve designs: a 1/4-turn ball valve that provides fast open and close operation with a very reliable, long service life; and a multi-turn compression valve that features fewer parts and can be easily serviced if necessary. All models meet and are certified to current state laws for the reduction of lead in plumbing products, as well as the 2014 federal lead reduction law.

Flood Buzz™ Pro is an easy-to-use, low-cost, patent-pending, loud and effective water leak alarm designed to help mitigate damage caused by water leaks and to serve as a key marketing tool for plumbers, contractors and other building service professionals.

Flood Buzz™ Pro has an internal battery — so once it is placed near potential water leak locations, it will sound an alert to any potential flood condition when water touches the two prongs on the bottom of the product.

Flood Buzz™ Pro may be personalized with a company name and contact information right on the unit.  By placing the 2-5/8″ high x 1-7/8″ diameter alarm in their customers’ facilities – next to water heaters, laundries, under sinks, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. – contractors will get that service call when the Flood Buzz™ Pro sounds a 110 dB alarm. For plumbers and contractors, it’s like having their business card right there when their customers need them.

As a marketing tool, the Flood Buzz™ Pro provides contractors with an effective CRM strategy – customers are grateful that contractors proactively help manage potentially damaging water leaks. The Flood Buzz™ Pro delivers a cost-effective marketing advantage for all service-based companies.

The brochure introduces the Senso™ electronic hand-washing faucet, which delivers a unique, illuminated rainfall pattern of water and provides intuitive controls for a highly tactile and visual experience.

The faucet, intended for high-end commercial environments such as hotels, restaurants and corporate restrooms, offers a refined balance of elegance and efficiency. The Senso faucet complements Sloan Designer Series lavatory systems, SloanStone® lavatories and other sink systems.

A welcome light on the Senso faucet invites restroom visitors to begin washing. Visitors may set the water hotter or colder by adjusting the faucet’s feather-light touch sensors, which are lit with red or blue LEDs to indicate temperature. Senso’s distinctive rainfall water flow is also illuminated and shuts off automatically when hands move out of the sensor range.

Choose from a water-efficient 0.5 gpm or 1.0 gpm multi-laminar spray. Senso’s low-voltage line power eliminates batteries.
